RECRUITMENT, SCREENING, SELECTION:

We are ready and organized to manage from one seaman to a full crew. Our crewing department understands the importance of having competent and qualified specialists onboard. MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND VISA:
Our qualified seafarers must have a medical clearance from medical centers accredited with the respective government bodies of which our Principals vessel flag. This is to ensure our Principals that the following qualified seafarers deployed are fit to be duty onboard ship. We are able to arrange all visa formalities, i.e. to communicate with Embassies and Consulates, to appoint visa agent if necessary, to fill in any kind of applications and to do the utmost in order to assist our seafarers to get visa upon Client request.
DOCUMENTS, TRAINING, CERTIFICATES:
Our seafarers meet the very highest technical and operational standards. We conduct thorough verification of candidate’s documents and certifications, to ensure that this qualification, experience and documents in order to suit the Principal’s strict standard demands. We are working in partnership with scope of high standard and certified maritime training centers in Indonesia. This makes us possible to arrange a wide range of marine courses in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Not only will participants benefit from the high quality of tuition and understanding of the course material, but they will also get to experience proficient instruction.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT EVALUATION:
Talent selection and recruitment is an area of great importance, as we must make sure the personnel hired are well qualified for their roles, able to contribute to the company’s success and possess all required STCW licenses and certification, as well valid medical examination. A combination of reference checks, interviews, background, and crew evaluation system tests helps us to determine if potential hires possess the necessary qualifications for potential proficiency.
