All our Indonesian seafarers are STCW 2010 certified, experienced, proficient in English, and fully compliant with STCW regulations, the ISM Code, and IMO standards. They also possess strong references and valuable experience serving on vessels with multinational crews.

Ankerindo maintains an extensive database of maritime personnel, including Masters, Chief Mates, Second, Third, and Fourth/Junior Mates, Chief Engineers, Second, Third, and Fourth/Junior Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Deck and Engine Ratings, Galley Department crew, fishermen for fishing vessels, and more.
