Our Seafarers + Gallery

All our Indonesian seafarers are STCW 2010 certified, experienced and proficient in English. They are fully compliant with STCW regulations, ISM Code and IMO standards. Each seafarer also holds strong references and brings valuable experience from serving on vessels with multinational crews.

Our active crew database comprises all ranks, from Masters and Chief Engineers to Ratings and Galley Department crew for both commercial ships and fishing vessels. Most of them have extensive overseas experience and have worked in mixed nationality environments.

Ankerindo also fosters strong relationships with our crew members by continuously enhancing their knowledge and practical skills. We build emotional connections with both the seafarers and their families, ensuring our members remain confident and perform their duties with professionalism.
